Senior Advisory Solution Consultant, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales.

• Direct revenue generation for a designated product alongside Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

• Create, position, and deliver product-specific solutions throughout the sales process.

• Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales for client-facing sales teams.

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges.

• Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.

• Build and nurture client partner relationships.

• Oversee strategic initiatives in key accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap alignment and outcome agreements.

• Provide product management with feedback regarding enhancements that meet customer needs.

• Exchange and acquire best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants.

• Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.

• Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for an assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically analyzing the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

• Over 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.

• Proficient with the ServiceNow platform or possess technical expertise in cloud software solutions.

• Proven experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.

• Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and collaborating with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
