📋 Description

• Take responsibility for managing your own portfolio of clients while building sustainable relationships with customers in the upper segment of small and medium-sized enterprises, family businesses, and start-ups/scale-ups.

• Act as a sparring partner and primary point of contact for clients.

• Analyze the financial operations of businesses in collaboration with clients.

• Evaluate management reports and annual accounts.

• Compile annual accounts and translate insights into tailored, actionable advice.

• Execute assignments in close collaboration with management, sharing responsibility for quality, execution, and profitability.

• Hold technical responsibility for quality and identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Initiate and implement modern solutions and technologies.

• Contribute to team growth through acquisition support, knowledge sharing, and suggestions for process improvement.

• Integrate innovative solutions around artificial intelligence within the team and for clients.

• Invest in your own professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, such as Finance & Control, Business Economics, or Accountancy.

• Currently pursuing further education such as a Postgraduate Accountancy program and/or practical internship AA/controller or HOFAM, or motivated to start this.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the accounting or consulting industry.

• Preferably experience in a role where clients have been supported.

• Possess an analytical mindset.

• Ambitious and proactive in identifying opportunities.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
