Licensed Christian Counselor, LPC, LCSW, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional individual, couples, family, and/or adolescent counseling services through secure telehealth platforms.

• Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and deemed clinically appropriate.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain progress notes, and complete all necessary clinical documentation.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions while honoring each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment aspirations.

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Engage in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development as relevant.

• Provide services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and/or families based on licensure, experience, specialization, and preferences.

• Tackle behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, marriage and couples counseling, parenting challenges, life transitions, spiritual growth and identity, men’s issues, women’s issues, self-esteem, and integration of faith and life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold one active, unrestricted license in the state of practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or another independently licensed behavioral health professional.

• Maintain good standing with the relevant licensing board.

• Possess malpractice insurance (or acquire it prior to commencing services).

• Be qualified to provide telehealth services.

• Have a strong Christian faith and a commitment to serve clients seeking faith-integrated counseling.

• Be comfortable integrating Biblical principles into therapy when requested by clients and clinically appropriate.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making abilities.

• Have clinical experience, specialization, and licensure that align with the selected client populations and areas of focus.
