This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assemble and compile comprehensive Casper admissions evaluations utilizing scenarios, questions, and associated content.
• Analyze language, pinpoint inconsistencies, balance competing interests, and make decisions that impact the applicant experience and the quality of assessments.
• Enhance wording and structure to guarantee that scenarios and questions are clear, consistent, accessible, and unambiguous.
• Assess how scenarios interconnect throughout complete evaluations and identify any gaps.
• Classify scenarios and link them to the human skills they assess.
• Manage regular content review workflows and integrate insights from colleagues and subject matter experts.
• Verify that supporting materials and documentation are precise, consistent, and prepared for use.
• Investigate AI and other technologies to optimize repetitive tasks without compromising quality, fairness, or human insight.
• Collaborate with researchers, writers, reviewers, psychometricians, scenario developers, production specialists, operations, and enablement partners.
• Offer suggestions to enhance assessment compilation, review, content, tools, and procedures.
• Professional written fluency in both English and French.
• Strong written communication abilities honed through professional experience where language was critical.
• Background in teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, editing, academic publishing, content development, communications, or similar language-centric roles.
• Capability to identify linguistic nuances, refine wording, maintain meaning and intent, and reduce ambiguity in both English and French.
• Experience in making thoughtful decisions where judgment is key and no straightforward answer is apparent.
• Ability to evaluate competing factors and apply frameworks or guidelines consistently.
• Proven ability to produce accurate, consistent, reliable, high-quality work while managing competing priorities and ongoing responsibilities.
• Familiarity with reviewing complex documents, developing educational materials, editing content, conducting quality assurance, or coordinating intricate projects.
• Current practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Judiciousness in assessing when AI is beneficial, when it requires guidance, and when human insight should prevail.
• Canadian residency and valid work authorization.
• Reliability in managing ongoing work, multiple priorities, and commitments.
• Transparent compensation: starting salary for Senior roles ranges from $75,000–$85,000 CAD.
