Senior Accounts Receivables Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete invoicing and collections processes for both pay-as-you-go and prepaid commitment customers.

• Facilitate recurring and usage-based billing frameworks across various systems for subscription, invoicing, and payment term setups.

• Lead improvements in systems and processes, focusing on AI integration, automation projects, and system integrations.

• Ensure accounts receivable health by conducting aging reviews, coordinating collections with the sales team, and resolving billing inquiries.

• Recommend quarter-end write-offs and manage accounts receivable reporting, aging analysis, allowances for doubtful accounts, and associated general ledger reconciliations.

• Assist with monthly accounting closing activities, including contract assessments, usage validation, invoice checks, journal entries, reconciliations, and analytical tasks.

• Address external audit requirements and manage PBC requests pertinent to billing operations.

• Aid in user acceptance testing for new SKU developments, product launches, pricing strategies, and business projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and Operations, to establish scalable processes and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of advanced billing and collections experience within a SaaS or technology organization.

• Familiarity with marketplace platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with their reporting functionalities.

• Proficient in automation tools and ERP systems, including NetSuite, Stripe, and Salesforce CPQ.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to interpret complex contracts and data sets effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various functions.

• Experience in executing internal controls and maintaining documentation to support audit and SOX compliance.
