This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the development of new and innovative relationships with health plans and other healthcare payer clients, serving as the main point of contact for onboarding, issue escalations, contract inquiries, and ongoing operations.
• Facilitate outreach and follow-up efforts for potential partners by collaborating with internal teams.
• Utilize CRM and analytical tools to manage client data, track renewals, and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on client success metrics, including KPIs, NPS, renewal rates, and adoption statistics.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
• Comprehend the needs of new customer types, their challenges, and business objectives; formulate Labcorp product and solution strategies.
• Evaluate customizations and internal process steps, ensuring minimal friction for clients.
• Assist in crafting customized proposals that include tailored value propositions, innovative pricing models, and Labcorp products and services.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to seamlessly integrate new client types into established workflows.
• Support regulatory approvals, pilot or evidence-generating collaborations, and joint strategy discussions.
• Align client expectations with product delivery and devise mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to uncover revenue growth and opportunities for expanded service adoption.
• Conduct customized operational and financial analyses covering sourcing trends, payment punctuality, contract compliance, and system accessibility.
• Aid in sales presentations by preparing team members on product and operational intricacies.
• Influence timelines and negotiate with internal resources to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Maintain complex client relationships while identifying growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, including a thorough understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Strong capability to work independently in managing client and internal requests.
• Proven ability to influence decisions while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate issues to management.
• Demonstrated experience in client success or account management, including onboarding and long-term relationship maintenance.
• Proficient in managing multiple deadlines with a strong sense of prioritization.
• Advanced business acumen, encompassing understanding of business priorities, profitability metrics, revenue optimization strategies, market competition, and organizational efficiencies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of health and wellness strategies and their delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of business planning and execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders in client organizations.
• Strong leadership and client relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong writing, editing, and program management capabilities.
