Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the effective onboarding experience for new customers.

• Execute streamlined and impactful onboarding processes for new clients.

• Create and present engaging training sessions and webinars.

• Rapidly assess customer requirements and tailor the onboarding process as needed.

• Analyze and proactively discover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Convincingly present and promote additional services and upgrades.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.

• Ensure exceptional communication as the primary contact point for customers.

• Broaden the customer base while enhancing customer retention.

• Achieve and surpass targets for successfully onboarded customers, customer satisfaction, and cross-selling/upselling revenue.

• Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Sales, or Customer Care, preferably in a SaaS context.

• Outstanding communication abilities and strong customer-facing skills.

• A collaborative team member who actively engages in a dynamic team environment.

• Proactive and results-driven approach.

• Capability to identify upselling and cross-selling potential.

• Empathy and the skill to swiftly build trusting relationships with customers.

• Ability to integrate smoothly into a fast-paced, growing team.
