Senior Account Manager, Cardiac PET

📋 Description

• Facilitate the timely adoption and growth of GE HealthCare's cardiac imaging agent, Flyrcado, for PET myocardial perfusion imaging.

• Create and implement a territory business strategy to enhance Flyrcado's market share.

• Collaborate with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac centers, mobile imaging, DOD, and VA facilities.

• Identify referral relationships, influence networks, affiliations, and competitive threats.

• Conduct regular analyses of the local market encompassing customers, payers, competition, and stakeholders.

• Meet or surpass Flyrcado sales projections and shared volume objectives.

• Achieve quarterly and annual Operating Plan goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Position Flyrcado through clinical knowledge, Marketing Assets, and Educational Programs.

• Provide guidance to imaging centers and cardiologists on cardiac PET implementation, equipment, and workflow.

• Cultivate relationships with leading referring cardiologists and influence their decision-making criteria.

• Prioritize initiatives and opportunities utilizing Performance Dashboards.

• Work alongside market access teams on payor contract implementation.

• Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists to address delivery and educational requirements.

• Engage in pre-call planning, in-call inquiries, virtual selling, cold calling, and customer meetings.

• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate agreements, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with pricing regulations.

• Forecast territory orders and sales and provide weekly progress reports.

• Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars.

• Mentor junior team members and assist with special projects.

• Drive overall business growth for GE HealthCare when appropriate.

• Foster a compliant and ethical corporate culture.

• Complete additional projects and initiatives as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or certification through the NMTCB or AART.

• Over 5 years of sales experience in a healthcare setting, including contracting and engaging with physicians and office staff.

• Demonstrated history of sales achievements, including developing, organizing, and executing territory plans.

• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Experience in penetrating new accounts, markets, and overcoming competition through prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations.

• Knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry.

• Preferred experience with product launches and P&T Committees.

• Preferred experience in a highly matrixed environment and large account management.

• Must be willing to reside within the territory.

• Must be prepared for at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs, including some weekends.

• Strong analytical, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Capability to mentor junior CPAMs and oversee special projects.

• Analytical skills to utilize internal reporting for managing account plans and identifying growth opportunities.

• Ability to apply both traditional and innovative problem-solving techniques.

• Skill in building rapport and relationships with employees and external contacts, including MDs and office staff.

• Ability to achieve goals while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
