This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee daily operations related to healthcare staffing requirements between clients and CHG.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Recognize growth potential within designated client accounts, including new specialties and worksite expansion.
• Utilize CHG technologies, such as CHG Connect, to manage staffing workflow tasks.
• Collaborate with CHG brand teams on job postings and presentations to enhance NDA.
• Advocate for CHG, its brands, and value-added services in professional environments.
• Analyze account and specialty trends, identifying gaps, risks, and growth opportunities through business intelligence reports.
• Develop, interpret, and deliver reports and presentations to both internal and external clients.
• Conduct research for client point-of-contact and prepare data and slide deck presentations.
• Address challenges by leveraging cross-functional and brand teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client source-of-truth information across CHG and partner teams.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts following established procedures.
• Organize and lead internal and client calls and meetings.
• Provide insights regarding client contract decisions, amendments, and process enhancements.
• Foster relationships with clients’ recruitment teams and various departments.
• Enhance communication with sales and business partners to maximize deliverability, expand market share, and exceed sales objectives.
• Engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives and share best practices.

• College-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics and client-facing presentations.
• Proven experience in building and nurturing business relationships.
• Exceptional ability to listen and probe deeply into customer needs and expectations.
• Proficient in asking insightful questions and gathering diverse perspectives.
• Capability to apply industry knowledge in advancing CHG’s objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Skill in collaborating and driving results within a team setting.
• Proficient in negotiating with and influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and various database applications.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort with client-facing presentations and public speaking in a professional context.
• Capacity to create, process, and present extensive documentation and business analytics.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or staffing industries with knowledge of medical terminology.
