Senior Account Executive, Senior Living

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a service team managing a designated portfolio of clients.

• Support renewal meetings by presenting outcomes to established client representatives.

• Engage in client meetings and take the lead when necessary.

• Possess a thorough understanding of complex financial analyses and claims data.

• Participate in prospect presentation meetings as required.

• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; ensure the complete submission is sent and processed.

• Evaluate quotes for accuracy and compile a comprehensive spreadsheet of all received quotes.

• Aid in data analysis to identify potential program structure options.

• Develop client presentations that include quotes, spreadsheets, contract comparisons, and other internal marketing materials.

• Submit finalized business to the insurance market and oversee the implementation process.

• Review documents issued by the insurance company for accuracy and request revisions for any incorrect documents.

• Assist in supervising support staff to effectively manage workflow.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; significant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 10-15 years of specific experience in Property & Casualty is required.

• A state-specific license is necessary.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Professional appearance and conduct with a strong emphasis on customer service.
