This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Oversee your own portfolio through diligent prospecting and effective pipeline management.
• Navigate the complete sales cycle primarily via inside sales: initiate introductory calls, evaluate business objectives through qualifying, and finalize deals.
• Develop expertise in Yelp’s comprehensive range of products: Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect, and Advertising, while understanding the unique value proposition of each.
• Stay informed about other available restaurant solutions in the market that assist restaurant owners in expanding their businesses.
• Swiftly adapt product recommendations to meet client requirements—asking insightful questions and addressing objections will be essential for your success.
• Meet and consistently surpass monthly sales targets.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or have 18 months or more of outbound sales experience.
• Experience with restaurant technology (such as reservation systems, waitlist systems, and front-of-house management tools) is advantageous.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills—comfortable with phone interactions.
• Have general proficiency in computer usage and email, with experience in Salesforce being a plus.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
