
Senior Account Executive, Private Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop creative and customized casualty solutions for private equity clientele
• Enhance existing partnerships and cultivate strategic alliances in new markets
• Exhibit proficiency in loss-sensitive programs, alternative risk transfer methods, self-insured retentions, and captive frameworks
• Propel revenue growth within current accounts while aiding in the acquisition of new private equity clients and their portfolio companies
• Oversee and implement large-scale projects and program placements
• Facilitate coordination among internal and external stakeholders
• Steer discussions regarding program performance, structural enhancement, and long-term design strategy
• Maintain a substantial book of business using a proactive, consultative approach
• Engage in M&A risk assessments and due diligence activities
• Assess operations to identify, quantify, and communicate risks
• Utilize advanced knowledge of policy language to create manuscript endorsements and tailored coverage solutions
• Valid Resident P&C License
• At least 7 years of experience in insurance brokerage, ideally with exposure to private equity, M&A, or complex casualty programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background
• Proven track record of leading and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced, client-centric projects
