Senior Account Executive – Healthcare Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture daily client relationships.

• Present and advocate for the agency’s strategic and tactical proposals.

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, communication plans, and media initiatives.

• Promote positive collaborations and partnerships among internal departments.

• Mentor Account Executives, set clear objectives, and offer timely feedback.

• Oversee the preparation of job budgets, approve internal budget allocations, and assign hours to team members.

• Develop a strong understanding of client goals, initiatives, and target patient/professional demographics.

• Ensure that strategies are executed effectively.

• Serve as the account team representative to senior agency leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare marketing or within an advertising agency.

• Experience with product launches is preferred.
