Senior ABAP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance programs and solutions utilizing ABAP.

• Perform both technical and functional analyses to facilitate improvements and corrections.

• Create and sustain Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, Forms, and bespoke objects.

• Investigate and resolve incidents and intricate issues within SAP environments.

• Execute performance evaluations and optimize code.

• Develop integrations between SAP systems and outside systems/applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of ABAP and object-oriented programming (ABAP OO).

• Familiarity with Reports, ALV, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Interfaces.

• Understanding of debugging, dump analysis, and performance enhancement techniques.

• Experience with the SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC), including tables, structures, views, and functions.

• Insight into integrations between SAP systems and external applications.

• Background in object transport and change management across various environments.

• Capability to analyze complex issues and propose effective technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently with both functional and technical teams.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP HANA.

• Proficiency with OData, SAP Gateway, and APIs.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and application development.

• Experience with SAP BTP and integrations through SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

• Background in implementation, rollout, conversion, or migration projects to S/4HANA.

• Experience with version control tools and agile development methodologies.
