Semi-Senior Front-end Engineer – Entertainment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop pages and reusable components for the new headless front-end using React/Next.js.

• Convert designs into responsive and accessible user interfaces.

• Integrate components with headless CMS content and backend APIs.

• Create unit and component tests.

• Engage in code reviews, planning sessions, and estimations.

• Independently deliver well-defined features, from ticket creation to merged and tested code.

• Identify blockers and seek clarification when necessary.

• Utilize enterprise AI tools and assistants to aid in coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging, while critically assessing their outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in front-end engineering.

• Strong expertise in React.

• Hands-on experience with Next.js in a production environment, including successfully deploying at least one Next.js project and understanding SSR/SSG and routing fundamentals.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Ability to build responsive and accessible user interfaces based on design specifications.

• Familiarity with writing unit and component tests, preferably using Jest and React Testing Library.

• Regularly utilize AI coding assistants like Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT in recent development projects.

• Experience with headless CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of integration testing practices.
