Semi-Senior Front-end Engineer – Entertainment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop pages and reusable components using React/Next.js for a new headless front-end.

• Transform designs into responsive and accessible user interfaces.

• Integrate components with headless CMS content and backend APIs.

• Create unit and component tests.

• Engage in code reviews, planning sessions, and estimations.

• Independently deliver well-defined features from ticket creation to merged and tested code.

• Identify blockers and seek clarification when necessary.

• Utilize enterprise AI tools and AI assistants for coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging, while critically assessing their outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in front-end engineering.

• Strong expertise in React.

• Practical experience with Next.js in production, including having successfully launched at least one Next.js project.

• Knowledge of SSR/SSG and the fundamentals of routing.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Experience with consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Capability to create responsive and accessible UI based on design specifications.

• Experience in writing unit and component tests, preferably with Jest and React Testing Library.

• Recent regular usage of AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with headless CMS.

• Experience in integration testing.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
