This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create quarterly strategic roadmaps for 8 to 12 Amazon accounts generating over $5M in annual recurring revenue (ARR), monitoring execution through project management systems and assessing weekly performance metrics to enhance conversion and sales growth.
• Oversee inventory levels and predict potential stockout or excess inventory risks 2 to 3 months ahead of time, collaborating with clients and internal supply chain teams to avert revenue disruptions.
• Simultaneously manage client communications and internal team collaboration, acting as the essential link between clients, ad strategists, copywriters, and analysts.
• Lead a dedicated team of 3 to 4 specialists by setting objectives, assigning tasks, and providing coaching.
• Work together with internal advertising and media buying teams to synchronize promotions, pricing strategies, conversion testing, and listing updates with paid search campaigns.
• Handle intricate Amazon technical workflows, including Flat Files, Brand Registry, stranded inventory, suppression resolution, A+ Content, and Amazon Experiments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Operations within an agency environment, managing 6 to 12 client accounts concurrently.
• Proven track record of managing external client communications and internal team coordination simultaneously in a high-paced setting.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central functionalities, including Flat Files, Brand Registry, types of listing suppression, stranded inventory, and Amazon Experiments.
• Strong grasp of how seller operations and inventory health influence PPC advertising performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of explaining complex Amazon concepts in straightforward, jargon-free terms.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to assign tasks, manage team capacity, and guide analysts and creatives effectively.
• Strong analytical approach focused on proactive problem-solving and forecasting inventory shortages months in advance.
• Monthly salary of $2,000 USD, with the possibility of higher compensation.
