Security Track Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate security findings related to applications and infrastructure.

• Execute essential security modifications and customize deployment strategies based on project size and scope.

• Organize and assess server and operating system patches to ensure system integrity.

• Work in partnership with application owners and third-party vendors to address identified vulnerabilities.

• Established experience as an Application or Systems Engineer with a strong emphasis on security.

• Proven track record in analyzing security findings and overseeing patch deployments.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning and patch management tools.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
