Security Track Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze vulnerability reports generated by diverse security tools and teams.

• Assess and rank security concerns based on their associated risks and potential consequences.

• Manage a unified vulnerability backlog for better tracking and resolution.

• Partner with engineering teams to strategize and implement remediation plans.

• Engage in significant projects that leverage AI-driven automation and cloud solutions across financial, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Security Engineer or Vulnerability Management Analyst.

• Practical knowledge in triaging vulnerability reports, evaluating risks, and overseeing remediation backlogs.

• Capability to analyze and interpret vulnerability reports from various security tools and teams.

• Skill in prioritizing security matters based on risk assessment and potential impact.

• Experience in maintaining a comprehensive vulnerability backlog.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams for planning and execution of remediation efforts.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• In-depth understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering practices.

• High-level oral English proficiency for effective communication with global teams.

• Proficiency in Spanish at an advanced level.
