Security Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of various security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables.

• Serve as the main point of contact between IT/security engineers, vendors, and clients.

• Keep precise project dashboards, risk logs, and status reports updated.

• Create detailed handover documentation upon the completion of projects.

• Schedule organization and team resource allocation.

• Facilitate virtual project alignment meetings during the assigned shift.

• Recognize project bottlenecks, security risks, and resource limitations.

• Elevate critical issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

• Suggest and implement workflow enhancements to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and security compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, project management, or operations management—ideally within the physical security, cybersecurity, or IT fields.

• Must be fully available and willing to work a committed night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT.

• Must reside in the Philippines.

• A secure, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup is essential.

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection along with a secondary backup connection is required.

• Strong familiarity with project management and CRM software, such as Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project.

• Knowledge of enterprise communication tools is necessary.

• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Ability to draft professional executive updates and conduct alignment calls with global stakeholders.

• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak local hours.
