Security Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee Attio’s Product Security division.

• Safeguard Attio’s large-scale, AI-driven SaaS platform and confidential customer information.

• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership counterparts to ensure a secure-by-design approach at Attio.

• Identify and alleviate risks and attack vectors linked to AI-enhanced product features and AI-supported software development.

• Ensure secure practices in software development and operations.

• Lead the response to production security incidents, analyze root causes and risks, formulate remediation strategies, and drive issues towards resolution.

• Recruit and maintain a top-tier team of Security Engineers and SecOps professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the Application Security landscape within a high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS environment.

• Knowledge of tools and techniques for securing SaaS applications through prevention, detection, and remediation.

• Familiarity with integrating security tools into an effective, scalable, and cost-efficient program.

• Exceptional incident response capabilities across detection, remediation, clean-up, and post-incident corrective actions.

• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-caliber Information Security team.

• Experience managing an Application Security program in a high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.

• Background in hiring and leading a team of Security Engineers while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• Involvement with security certification and re-certification processes.

• Experience in project or program management.

• A background in software engineering or systems administration.
