This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Become a part of an expanding team of Virtual Tax Specialists.

• Assist clients in completing their individual tax returns via a convenient virtual platform.

• Ensure the preparation of accurate tax returns.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the entire process.

• Offer clear and helpful guidance tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Integrate tax expertise, client service, and technology to ensure a seamless and reliable client experience.

• Utilize virtual platforms, tax software, and advancing technology.

• Examine information and detect discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Successful completion of necessary tax knowledge assessments, certifications, and ongoing education.

• Proficient understanding of individual federal and state tax principles.

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps.

• 1–3 years of experience in tax preparation.

• Capacity to learn and effectively utilize virtual platforms, tax software, and evolving technologies.

• Ability to review information, spot inconsistencies, and prepare precise tax returns.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to convey tax information in a manner comprehensible to clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in delivering customer service through phone, video, chat, or secure messaging.

• Familiarity with fast-paced or production-oriented environments.

• Knowledge of virtual tax preparation tools.

• Experience utilizing artificial intelligence or other digital productivity applications.
