
Seasonal Print Production Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
β’ Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in line with established policies and procedures.
β’ Address customer issues by delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
β’ Serve as the primary authority for live interactions, focusing on phone support.
β’ Assist customers with the order replacement process and generate replacement orders in real time.
β’ Determine root causes and offer immediate solutions.
β’ Evaluate incoming requests to assess whether issues stem from internal errors or customer-driven modifications.
β’ Review and document each case upon intake.
β’ Access and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to identify print issues.
β’ Proofread and modify design files as necessary.
β’ Collaborate across teams to transition customers from general support to the Print Quality queue.
β’ Capture detailed technical information in Salesforce to monitor trends and recurring print/design challenges.
β’ Precisely document and prepare replacement order requests for the Processing Team.
β’ Work alongside the Print Quality team to establish best practices and maintain consistency.
β’ Assist with general customer service duties during peak seasonal times.
β’ Must live in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to adjust tone for live engagements.
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro (or equivalent design, photo, and document editing software); experience with Lightroom is a bonus.
β’ Ability to think critically and resolve complex print and design issues on the spot.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
β’ Capacity to work efficiently in a remote, team-oriented environment and receptiveness to feedback.
β’ Willingness to maintain a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
β’ Seasonal employment from September through December 2026.
