Seasonal Nurse Practitioner – East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional clinical care and enhance the patient experience.

• Assess patient intake and facilitate the initial interaction.

• Explain the scientific aspects of obesity.

• Prescribe suitable weight loss therapies in accordance with Calibrate's clinical guidelines.

• Implement and uphold Calibrate’s comprehensive treatment framework for patients with obesity.

• Provide evidence-based, patient-focused obesity care that incorporates coaching and lifestyle guidance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Assist patients in achieving significant, sustainable weight loss and improved metabolic health outcomes.

• Operate within Calibrate’s telehealth care system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties).

• Active, unrestricted license in CT, DC, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, RI, VT, or VA.

• Must hold a license in MA or NC.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong virtual “bedside” demeanor.

• Availability for shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST.

• Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours.

• Adhere to state regulations regarding collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as mandated by each state of licensure.
