Seasonal Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional clinical care and enhance the patient experience.

• Assess patient intake and manage the initial interaction with patients.

• Explain the scientific aspects of obesity.

• Recommend suitable weight loss therapies in line with Calibrate's clinical protocols.

• Implement and advocate for Calibrate’s clinical treatment approach for patients with obesity.

• Provide evidence-based, patient-focused care while incorporating coaching and lifestyle education.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

• Assist patients in achieving significant and sustainable weight loss and improvements in metabolic health.

• Offer care through telehealth platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or related specialties).

• Active, unrestricted license in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, KS, NV, NM, OK, OR, TX, UT, or WA.

• Must hold a license in California or Texas.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong virtual bedside manner.

• Availability for shifts between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST.

• Minimum of 10 hours available weekly, with the possibility of up to 40 hours.

• Capability to adhere to state regulations regarding collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as needed.
