Seasonal Lead Virtual Greenlight Tax Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals on tax regulations, virtual platforms, and workflow systems.

• Create and modify team schedules while overseeing attendance, productivity, and compliance with virtual work expectations.

• Analyze performance metrics and provide prompt coaching and feedback to aid in achieving individual and team objectives.

• Cultivate strong relationships, encourage open communication, and promote an engaged, collaborative, and inclusive virtual team environment.

• Offer guidance on complex tax situations and ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Service requirements and company standards.

• Assist with client escalations and virtual service delivery as necessary to provide accurate and consistent client experiences.

• Collect team feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to shaping the Greenlight operating model.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Capability to effectively lead, motivate, and coach remote teams.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in serving clients within a virtual or remote setting.

• Flexibility to work extended or varying hours during the seasonal peak.

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps.

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.

• At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax research.

• Preferred: Circular 230 credential (attorney, EA, or CPA).

• Preferred: Experience in leading remote teams.
