Tax Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers and deployment partners to comprehend and articulate requirements, guiding clients through the implementation of OSV tax services.

• Set up the TaxEx application in line with customer specifications.

• Assess and evaluate tax requirements and data needs.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and address issues that may influence project scope or service delivery.

• Oversee tax implementation projects from inception to completion.

• Advise customers on data integrity matters.

• Schedule regular checkpoints with clients to ensure timely delivery of tax services and completion of necessary project documentation.

• Conduct customer calls in a clear and concise manner.

• Guarantee that customer projects are strategically planned and adequately monitored.

• Collaborate with internal OSV teams to facilitate seamless transitions for customers to Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with TaxEx OR Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP HR/Payroll systems/applications with a focus on tax-specific configurations.

• 3-5 years of project management experience in Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Financial implementations.

• Proven consulting experience.

• Ability to work closely with customers to establish project expectations and maintain alignment with strategic goals.

• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A strong commitment to customer service.

• A Business Degree is preferred.
