Seasonal Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, webchat, and social media platforms.

• Support customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, billing, product details, and account assistance.

• Input customer and order data into internal systems accurately.

• Address customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve their issues.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to sales objectives.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

• Complete all phases of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various systems.

• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute is preferred.

• Flexible and cooperative team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to flexible scheduling as required.

• Must sign an independent contractor agreement.

• Required to have an additional monitor, USB headset, and a stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection.

• Advanced English language proficiency is essential.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of computer literacy.
