Seasonal Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

• Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, returns, billing, and product details.

• Accurately input customer and order data into internal systems.

• Address customer issues and escalate them when necessary.

• Keep records of customer interactions and the actions taken.

• Identify ways to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

• Complete all phases of the hiring process: resume evaluation, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, pre-screen interview, and client interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various systems.

• Preferred typing speed of 30+ WPM.

• Flexible, team-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable using your camera throughout the entire shift.

• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to flexible schedules as required.

• Must sign an independent contractor agreement.

• Required equipment: an additional monitor, a USB headset, and a stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Professional demeanor and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of computer literacy.
