Seasonal Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

• Provide assistance with order inquiries, processing returns, addressing billing queries, and sharing product details.

• Input customer and order details into internal databases.

• Address customer issues and escalate them as necessary.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and the actions taken.

• Spot opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

• Manage every phase of the hiring process, including Resume Review, Pre-Screen Questionnaire, One-Way Video Interview, Pre-Screen Interview, and Client Interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating various systems.

• A typing speed of 30+ WPM is preferred.

• A flexible, team-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable utilizing your camera throughout the entire shift.

• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to flexible schedules as required.

• An additional monitor is required.

• A USB headset is necessary.

• A stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in English is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Experience is necessary.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are needed.

• A professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• High level of computer literacy is expected.
