Seasonal Associate, Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the swift development of prototypes utilizing AI tools and frameworks.

• Create streamlined front-end and back-end interfaces for stakeholder engagement with prototypes.

• Implement responsible usage of large language models (LLMs), design prompts, and establish grounding patterns using authoritative client data.

• Work alongside senior engineers and technology partners to integrate, test, and showcase capabilities within real-world workflows.

• Produce work that has measurable impact.

• Possibly present findings or deliverables to leadership prior to the conclusion of the internship.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 30 completed college credit hours in computer science or a related field by the start date.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).

• Must reside within the United States.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• All work must take place in the U.S. in accordance with contract stipulations.

• Proven interest, knowledge, or initial experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

• Knowledge of GenAI/LLM tools, such as prompt frameworks, vector databases, modern LLM APIs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience using version control systems like Git.

• Exposure to cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative work approach.

• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to real-world challenges.
