Seasonal Associate, Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the rapid development of prototypes utilizing AI tools and frameworks.

• Create lightweight front-end and back-end systems that enable stakeholders to interact with the prototypes.

• Implement responsible usage of LLMs, design effective prompts, and apply grounding techniques using reliable client data.

• Work in collaboration with senior engineers and technology partners to integrate, test, and showcase capabilities within real-world workflows.

• Produce deliverables that demonstrate measurable impact.

• Possibly present findings or outputs to leadership before the end of the internship.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree by the start date.

• Verification of acceptance/enrollment, or at least 9 credit hours of graduate-level coursework completed in computer science or a related field.

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders).

• Must live in the U.S. and possess authorization to work in the country.

• All work must be conducted within the U.S. in accordance with contract stipulations.

• Proven interest, knowledge, or initial experience in using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) for software development tasks.

• Familiarity with a programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

• Knowledge of GenAI/LLM tools, including prompt frameworks, vector databases, modern LLM APIs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• A passion for learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems.

• AI tools must not be employed to generate or assist with interview responses, except when approved as an accommodation.

• This role is not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship.
