Seasonal Associate, Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the swift development of prototypes utilizing AI tools and frameworks.

• Create streamlined front-end and back-end solutions to facilitate stakeholder engagement with prototypes.

• Implement responsible usage of LLM, prompt design, and grounding techniques using authoritative client data.

• Work alongside senior engineers and technology partners to integrate, test, and showcase capabilities within real workflows.

• Provide deliverables that demonstrate measurable impact.

• Possibly present insights or deliverables to leadership prior to the conclusion of the internship.

• A completed bachelor’s degree by the start date.

• Verification of acceptance/enrollment or completion of at least 9 credit hours of graduate-level courses in computer science or a related field.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).

• Residency in the U.S. and authorization to work within the U.S. is required.

• All responsibilities must be carried out in the U.S. as per contract stipulations.

• Proven interest, knowledge, or early experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

• Understanding of GenAI/LLM tools, prompt frameworks, vector databases, modern LLM APIs, or MCP.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to practical challenges.
