This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee international performance campaigns from the initial strategy to execution.

• Engage in direct communication with clients.

• Provide advice and implement optimizations using relevant tools.

• Plan, manage, and enhance Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and App campaigns.

• Track and manage KPIs, budgets, and overall performance.

• Develop setups for A/B/N and multivariate testing.

• Analyze test outcomes and formulate specific optimization strategies.

• Prepare client results, including comprehensive reporting and narrative crafting.

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

• Initial or significant experience in performance marketing, particularly in SEA/Paid Search.

• Customer-focused mindset and a solution-driven approach.

• Strong, persuasive communication skills with the ability to engage clients and colleagues on equal footing.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

• Relevant tool certifications are a plus.

• Comfortable working in an international environment.

• Proficient use of English in a professional setting.

• Proficiency in German at least at the C1 level.
