This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create, sustain, and continually enhance enterprise SDLC and ADLC standards, policies, procedures, templates, and governance frameworks.
• Set up lifecycle governance models for traditional application development, AI-enabled applications, Copilot solutions, and agentic AI or multi-agent solutions.
• Define and oversee delivery stage gates, approval processes, quality checkpoints, and governance reviews.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, standards, and reference materials for SDLC and ADLC processes.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, security, QA, Product, and operations teams.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of enterprise ADLC standards.
• Establish governance processes for AI use-case intake, prompt engineering, human-in-the-loop controls, agent testing, production deployment, and AI observability.
• Develop frameworks for AI quality and evaluation that encompass accuracy, grounding, hallucination monitoring, reliability, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Create controls for AI risk management, model traceability, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct assessments of processes and maturity evaluations across software delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and promote Agile, Lean, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives in engineering.
• Lead process workshops, retrospectives, governance reviews, change management, and organizational transformation.
• Configure and maintain Jira workflows, issue types, permissions, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Design and manage Confluence knowledge repositories, process libraries, templates, and governance artifacts.
• Oversee GitLab branching strategies, merge-request standards, release management, and CI/CD controls.
• Administer governance repositories and documentation platforms in SharePoint.
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for SDLC and ADLC.
• Analyze trends in delivery, process, AI adoption, agent performance, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Create and execute audit programs for SDLC and ADLC and conduct compliance reviews.
• Evaluate adherence to lifecycle policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and control gaps, develop corrective action plans, and monitor remediation efforts.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and lead compliance reviews for vendor SOWs.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SDLC governance, PMO, software engineering, DevOps, or leading technology delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing enterprise software delivery processes and governance frameworks.
• Practical experience in administering and configuring Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in defining KPIs, governance metrics, scorecards, and creating executive dashboards.
• Experience in conducting process audits, compliance reviews, and maturity assessments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Copilot, or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Experience in implementing governance and controls in regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience in developing or governing Agentic AI and Generative AI delivery processes.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LLMOps practices, AI governance frameworks, and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience in implementing process automation and workflow orchestration.
• Strongly preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Atlassian Certified Professional, GitLab Certified Professional, and Microsoft AI certifications.
• Ability to sit at a desk and utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment.
• Must pass a background screening prior to commencing employment.
