Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to Scrum Master teams on Agile principles and values to foster self-organization, ongoing learning, and continuous enhancement.

• Analyze Agile metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor and report essential information and track team progress.

• Create and develop tools for process evaluation to assess the implementation of Scrum principles within team workflows.

• Generate actionable insights from analytics and provide reports on team productivity, velocity, and quality metrics.

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies to collect and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and offer support to the Scrum team.

• Establish systems for sharing and documentation using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members on Agile values, principles, and practices.

• Assist stakeholders and product owners in recognizing the advantages of embracing an Agile mindset.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges.

• Oversee the successful implementation of complex technology initiatives and aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale technology programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical setting.

• 5+ years of experience leading program management initiatives within a large organization.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in maintaining a growth mindset (agility and personal development) skills.

• Competent in execution and delivery (planning, execution, and support) skills.

• Skilled in business intelligence.

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Experience in the Healthcare Industry is preferred.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
