📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and Scrum events.

• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Support the team in overcoming obstacles and promoting self-organization.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to agile processes.

• Evaluate business requirements to assist the Product Owner.

• Develop clear and concise backlog items.

• Address impediments effectively.

• Offer technical support in transitional environments where Scrum is not yet fully established.

• Mentor and train teams to boost productivity.

• Advocate for agile methodologies and enhance team maturity.

• Collaborate with technology teams in high-stakes business environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified SAFe® Agilist.

• Proficient in Scrum methodology, encompassing roles, events, and practical implementation.

• Understanding of agile practices.

• Skills in collaboration techniques and managing the Product Backlog in conjunction with the Product Owner.

• Ability to communicate product vision effectively.

• Experience in long-term planning within empirical environments.

• Proficient in facilitating team processes.

• Capable of removing impediments.

• Experience in corporate training for Scrum implementation.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• Well-honed systems thinking skills.

• Resilience in challenging situations.
