Module Lead – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

• Mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and ongoing improvement.

• Act as a servant leader by addressing obstacles and enhancing team efficiency.

• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and Agile metrics.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders regarding project objectives and deliverables.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving prompt resolutions.

• Foster transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Assist in release planning and ensure compliance with Agile best practices.

• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, the Scrum framework, and Kanban.

• Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams.

• Practical experience with Agile management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Experience in tracking Agile KPIs, sprint metrics, and team performance.

• Ability to identify and address impediments while effectively managing team dynamics.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience in enterprise-scale Agile environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices is preferred.

• Experience working with distributed or global teams is a plus.

• Understanding of SAFe, Lean Agile, or Scaled Scrum practices is advantageous.

• Previous experience in IT services, product organizations, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
