PMO – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, monitoring, and governance of projects and strategic initiatives.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and aid in the removal of obstacles.

• Monitor team performance and maturity metrics.

• Encourage the ongoing enhancement of Agile processes and practices.

• Oversee risks, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.

• Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and executive meetings with various stakeholders.

• Support multiple teams concurrently, ensuring alignment and visibility into deliverables.

• Participate in Agile transformation and digital transformation efforts.

• Generate executive reports and track execution and efficiency metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a PMO, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or in a similar capacity.

• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.

• Experience in facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies.

• Background in Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in managing indicators and metrics for Agile teams.

• Familiarity with project planning, monitoring, and governance.

• Experience in handling risks, dependencies, and initiative roadmaps.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro.

• Outstanding communication skills and the capability to lead workshops and executive meetings.

• Scrum, Kanban, Agile, or SAFe certifications are an advantage.

• Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model) is advantageous.

• Previous experience in large corporate environments is a plus.

• Understanding of flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP is beneficial.

• Knowledge of DORA metrics is a plus.

• Experience in digital transformation is desirable.

• Familiarity with portfolio management, strategic planning, and OKRs is advantageous.
