SCRM Compliance SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create and refresh the AFS enterprise SCRM policy, standards, and procedures.

• Formulate and implement compliance strategies and regular evaluations for over 500 projects.

• Develop shared responsibility frameworks for enterprise Tier 1 and project Tier 3 SCRM plans, controls, and inheritance.

• Assist in ensuring AFS project SCRM compliance.

• Aid in internal and external audits concerning SCRM controls.

• Address SCRM RFIs and questionnaires during solicitations and contract awards.

• Handle modifications to SCRM contract clauses.

• Link requirements to various influencing regulations and standards.

• Guarantee AFS adherence to SCRM requirements in solicitations, contracts, and regulations.

• Create checklists of verifiable evidence required to prove compliance.

• Support 3PAO audits and new SCRM requirements, including NIST SP 800-172 and EO 14028.

• Identify and oversee enterprise supply chain risks across various domains.

• Implement the SCRM strategy, charter, roadmap, planning, and execution across the enterprise and project/program level.

• Assist stakeholders in self-evaluating and documenting compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 8 years of pertinent experience.

• Proficient in detailed analysis of requirements in NIST SP 800-161.

• Capable of drafting policies, plans, and standards.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is a plus.

• Top Secret Security Clearance is a plus.

• U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.
