Scientist, Info Security Sys Engineering – AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement frameworks for enterprise AI security and governance that encompass model lifecycle, data boundaries, and risk management controls.

• Oversee AI security services and policies within Microsoft Agent 365, Defender, Purview DLP, CoPilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and AWS Bedrock.

• Provide guidance to leadership regarding emerging AI technologies, their associated risks, and strategies for secure platform adoption.

• Evaluate best practices in security and governance to guarantee their application across AI workloads.

• Assess service principles and conditional access settings to maintain least privilege and zero-trust access.

• Collaborate with teams in Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Data/AI.

• Coordinate with IT and other business stakeholders to implement the organization's security strategy.

• Distill complex technical problems into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of security standards, architectural recommendations, and policy enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of previous experience in Palantir, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior Palantir experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of prior Palantir experience without a degree.

• 4–6 years of experience in cloud and security engineering.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Azure or AWS.

• Preferred experience with O365 and Azure GCCH Government clouds.

• Microsoft, cybersecurity, or AI-related certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, and ISO 27001 is preferred.
