This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Play a key role within the designated Therapeutic Area (TA) and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Facilitate significant and collaborative scientific discussions through engagement initiatives that aim to influence global strategies.
• Oversee the management of the client’s Investigator Studies Program.
• Handle Congress Operations activities for the TA.
• Provide support for congress events related to the TA.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of the TA Scientific and Medical Affairs Strategic Plan for Our Company Research Laboratories.
• Ensure supervision of activities that will have a global effect on the scientific strategy for the TA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related scientific research operations, either internally or externally.
• Proven leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills.
• Ability to demonstrate resilience along with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in coordinating efforts across various divisions.
• Capability to lead without direct authority over a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in research databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
