Science Resource Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop original Science content tailored for high school students up to Class 10 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, encompassing practice exams, booklets, assignments, assessments, and educational resources.

• Organize materials for clarity, format, and logical flow.

• Craft step-by-step, student-friendly solutions and explanations that clarify scientific reasoning.

• Create accurate and engaging resources across the fields of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

• Ensure alignment of content with relevant high school Science curricula and academic standards.

• Collaborate with the onshore team to ensure materials meet learning objectives and student requirements.

• Review and enhance content for accuracy, scientific precision, clarity, and rigor.

• Propose enhancements to question design, structure, and delivery methods.

• Contribute to efficient content-production processes that can be scaled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Science / BSc, with a major or minor in at least two subjects from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in science content development, academic content creation, teaching, or a related field.

• Strong conceptual mastery in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology up to Class 12.

• Capability to confidently explain Class 10 Science concepts across all three disciplines.

• Familiarity with curriculum design, academic resource development, and syllabus alignment.

• Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in simplifying complex scientific concepts into clear, logical, and student-friendly explanations.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

• Comfort working across time zones, with availability overlapping into Australian time.
