This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for patients, coordinating appointments and addressing inquiries across multiple brands.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls while responding to chats in a high-volume setting.

• Provide an outstanding and efficient patient experience.

• Employ advanced customer service and sales strategies to enhance appointment acceptance and improve patient outcomes.

• Navigate the practice management system to review patient accounts, deliver accurate information, and tackle more complex inquiries.

• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to meet patient needs and eliminate barriers to care.

• Achieve or surpass individual performance metrics and contribute to the overall objectives of the call center.

• Assist in onboarding and peer development by exemplifying best practices and sharing knowledge as necessary.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by Call Center Leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental industry and/or sales is necessary (preferably in a call center, dental scheduling, or high-volume environment).

• Demonstrated ability to achieve strong performance results in customer experience and/or sales metrics.

• Proficient in computer usage, effectively multitasking by navigating multiple applications, locating and utilizing resources, documenting information, and ensuring accuracy and quality in patient interactions.

• Capability to handle more complex patient interactions with professionalism, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly, confidently, and professionally.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a high level of performance and patient service.

• Must have a cable/fiber internet connection with hardwired capability (minimum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).

• Must maintain a quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace.

• Some evening and weekend availability may be necessary.

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm EST - no weekends.
