This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
β’ Assist in coordinating scheduling and activities for the contact center.
β’ Respond to incoming calls to arrange appointments for both new and returning patients across all locations.
β’ Gather and record patient medical histories in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
β’ Offer extensive administrative and patient support utilizing advanced virtual technologies.
β’ Provide accurate and timely information, scheduling services, and assistance.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned and as the needs change.
β’ Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
β’ Preferably, completion of healthcare-specific training, although it is not mandatory.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated empathy and a compassionate approach towards patients.
β’ Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
β’ Capacity to work independently.
β’ Ability to uphold strict patient confidentiality and comply with US HIPAA laws as well as other pertinent regulations.
β’ Dependable high-speed internet access.
β’ A quiet and private workspace is essential.
β’ Residency in Illinois or Florida is required.
β’ Availability for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm CST, including one Saturday every eight weeks from 6:45 am to 12:30 pm CST.
β’ Provision of work-from-home equipment by the employer, including a secure laptop, monitor, headset, and webcam.
