• Schedule appointments for radiology services.

• Collect insurance details from patients.

• Manage multi-line phone systems across various locations.

• Process incoming faxes efficiently.

• Distribute medical records as needed.

• Handle multiple tasks throughout the workday effectively.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in the healthcare field is preferred.

• Experience with the eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is advantageous.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity environment.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.

• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, clients, colleagues, and management.

• Must be able to work fully remotely within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
