• Engage in the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of the SAP Workforce Management (WFM) solution.

• Assist in performance and goal management processes.

• Evaluate functional requirements.

• Suggest enhancements and ensure functionality meets business objectives.

• Collaborate with various business units and technical teams.

• Utilize advanced/fluent English for professional communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.

• Background in implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing the solution.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing functional requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Experience in solution implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

• Capability to collaborate with business units and technical teams to comprehend needs and propose effective solutions.

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency is mandatory.

• Preferred: experience in integrating Workforce Management solutions with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Strong sense of urgency and adept prioritization skills.
