SAP VIM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with Procurement teams to enhance and support automated invoice management processes, utilizing both standard and customized configurations while overseeing the FI and VIM domains.

• Design, execute, and sustain SAP VIM solutions that are aligned with business requirements, focusing on effective ticket management and ongoing enhancements.

• Act as a mentor and trainer for junior team members, fostering SAP VIM knowledge through practical collaboration and organized knowledge sharing.

• Deliver expert-level assistance for day-to-day operations, ensuring quick issue resolution and continuous improvement of VIM-related and financial procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP VIM (OpenText) and the Finance module in a support role.

• In-depth understanding of invoice processing, accounts payable workflows, and all key Finance subprocesses (AR, AP, AA, and GL).

• Capability to operate within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
