SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

• Evaluate customer needs and create detailed end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules.

• Establish integration scenarios with other systems, including SAP S/4HANA.

• Serve as the primary liaison for module leads concerning integrative scenarios.

• Manage module-level integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture.

• Showcase system architecture to various stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and project teams.

• Collaborate closely with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with an emphasis on solution architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and their integration capabilities.

• Ideally, experience with the integration of SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.

• Proficient in articulating complex concepts and confidently presenting them to a diverse audience of stakeholders.

• Proven experience in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.

• Strong conceptual thinking abilities.

• Skilled in resolving complex issues.
