SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

• Evaluate customer requirements and create detailed end-to-end processes for the relevant SuccessFactors modules.

• Establish integration scenarios with other systems, including SAP S/4HANA.

• Serve as the main liaison for module leads concerning integrative scenarios.

• Oversee integrative scenarios within the broader solution architecture.

• Showcase system architecture to various stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for customers and project teams.

• Collaborate closely with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors.

• Preferably, experience with an emphasis on solution architecture.

• Profound knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and their integration capabilities.

• Ideally, familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM integration.

• Capability to articulate complex topics clearly and present confidently to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Experience in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.

• Strong conceptual abilities.

• Proficient in resolving complex problems.
